This game occurred as part of the quarterfinals, in which the Crimson Tide were favored to win, considering they had defeated Tennessee earlier in the year. Today, the result was far different from before. Tennessee didn’t just win the game… they dominated it. The Lady Vols won the game by a score of 83-61 as they upset the fourth-ranked Alabama Crimson Tide.
